SMI Library 01 Messerschmitt Bf 109 G/K. An insight into camouflage and markings - Maciej Góralczyk - ISBN 978-83-61220-78-7

The main purpose of this publication is to give modellers and enthusiasts an insight into common color schemes and markings of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 G and K series. The 90 page book contains 125 photos, including 2 in colour, which were compiled to show, if possible, more than one view of particular aircraft, and give a short description of the basic colors used to paint each plane. Ten sheets of drawings explain the external changes in subsequent variants of Bf 109 G and K. The color profiles section ends the book and the attached decal sheet with 1:32, 1:48 and 1:72 individual markings as well as Finnish national markings allows the reader to build 6 miniatures of attractive Gustavs:
- Bf 109 G-2/R3 of Stab III./JG 5, February-March 1944,
- Bf 109 G-6, W.Nr. 412122, 'MT-423', flown by SSgt Hemmo Leino of 1/HLeLv 34, Kymi, June 1944,
